Mike Edwards
BIOGRAPHY
I was born and raised in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Bowling was introduced to me by my parents who were very active league bowlers. I played all kinds of sports growing up, football, baseball, basketball, tennis, golf, archery etc. but I really excelled at bowling, averaging 200 by the age of 12. I decided to turn pro at the age of 20 and “graduated” from the very first PBA School in Chicago in 1981. I’ve been very fortunate to have made a childhood dream turn into a solid and successful professional career.
I’ve been married to my best friend Sammy for 10 years. We pretty much do everything together and compete at everything we can get our hands on. I bleed Crimson and Cream for my Oklahoma Sooners and have been a die-hard Cubbies fan since 1984.
