Responsibilities/Job Duties

• Post daily production orders and maintain accurate Bill of Materials.
• Learn and understand our production processes to ensure accurate data collection.
• Assist in implementing manufacturing systems and MRP tools.
• Create SKUs, UPC codes, and manage inventory levels to keep things running smoothly.
• Conduct daily inventory counts, research variances, and make adjustments as needed.
• Generate, run, and distribute reports using Jet Reports and other tools to ensure data accuracy.
• Process staff credits and batch imports of sales orders.
• Support accounting system maintenance and upgrades and help other departments with training in Business Central.
• Monitor product costs and alert management to material changes in margins.
• Contribute to additional exciting projects and tasks as needed.

Hours

• Full-time hours: Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM.
