Storm Products Inc. (SPI) announced today that after 29 years of service, Melody Valentine has elected to retire from her role as International Manager.

From the beginning, SPI has always been dedicated to servicing our customers with respect, positive energy, and in a timely manner. This commitment to our customers and fans started under the leadership of the late Bill Chrisman and with the commitment of Valentine to the Customer Service Department. Valentine paved the way for the customer service team, starting as the office manager before moving to the role of customer service manager. Recently she has spent her time overseeing our international accounts.

“Melody was the first person we ever hired to work in the office as a customer service representative,” Corbet Austin, VP of Operations said. “We thank Melody for her service to Storm over her long career. She’s been an integral part of the growth of Storm both domestically and internationally.”

Valentine will provide advice and guidance to her successor, Kenna Lowe who has been named Director of Worldwide Customer Service.

Lowe has worked at SPI for 18 years when she was hired as the first customer service representative for the Roto Grip brand. In her most recent role as the Director of Customer Service, she managed the team that administers the domestic accounts. As of today, she will begin to streamline the customer service process and oversee the international accounts.

“Kenna works hard each day and teaches her team to live the beliefs of customer service that were established on day one of our brands,” Austin said. “Our commitment to providing great customer service to our fans will never change.”
