Why the change?

Because this team does more than answer questions. They connect. They support. They solve. They laugh with you. They care. Every call, every email, every interaction is handled right here in Brigham City, Utah, by a small but mighty group of women who truly love what they do—and who do it better than anyone else.

This isn’t your typical customer service team. These women are the voice of Storm. They’re the first point of contact and often the last stop in making sure everything runs smoothly. Whether you’re a new bowler just getting started or a long-time Storm Nation fan with a quick question, our Customer Experience team is here to make your day better.

Customer Experience Manager

With 6 years at Storm, Tesha leads the team with humor, humility, and a deep understanding of what it takes to create a great experience. When asked to describe herself, she quipped, “I would say the thing I hate most is describing myself to strangers.” That says it all—Tesha prefers to let her actions speak louder than words. Her favorite part of working at Storm? The atmosphere.

Allocation Specialist

Kyla, almost 4 years into her Storm journey, brings energy, sass, and precision to everything she does. “I’m a very detailed person but also probably one of the sassiest people you’ll ever meet.” She adds, “We use ChatGPT like it’s going out of style.” Her favorite part of the job is, no surprise—the people.

Pro Shop Account Specialist

Sierra has spent nearly four years at Storm, brightening every day with her positivity and attention to detail. “I bring a fresh energy to every room—funny, positive, observant, and always ready to connect.” For her, Storm is more than a workplace. “It feels more like family. We hype each other up and make the job something we actually enjoy.”

Marcela has been with Storm for 3 years and is known for her kind spirit and helpful nature. “I’m kind and always willing to help others,” she says—and she lives up to that every day. Fun fact? “I can’t bowl, but I own a Storm ball.” Her favorite part about working here? The people she works with.

Haliegh, who’s worked at Storm for nearly two years, is the hype woman every customer (and coworker) wants on their team. “I’m a fun-loving, easygoing girl who’s always ready to make you laugh, cheer you on, and be that comforting friend you can count on.” What people might not realize? “There’s a lot of juggling, quick thinking, and teamwork behind the scenes to make things run as smoothly as they do.”

Ashley’s been with Storm for a year and brings a calm, can-do attitude to international communication. “I’m here to help people out, have a few laughs, and make sure things run smoothly,” she says. Outside the office, you’ll find her reading or soaking in nature.
