I like the glove. I can adjust it for the different balls I use. the only thing wrong with it is that it is to small. I use an XL which is the largest I can find. I am 6ft 4 in and have a 34 in arm. I wear the glove until it start hurting my wrist then I use ice/hot to relieve the pain and put it back on to keep bowling.

Changed the game for me
This brace has not only helped me keep bowling through weakness from fibromyalgia, but has allowed me to learn the "right" way to throw the ball. A more effective way to release. It has helped me to get the right type of turn on the ball (rotation), cup the hand, and stop from lofting so much. I am an entirely different bowler than before and I haven't had to quit due to weakness.

Highly recommend
Perfect fit adjustments, sold feel, good construction, removeable pads and straps (also replaceable) added to my likeability of this device. Really helped to up my game and bowling average.

I have used wrist supports for years and average 215. No one around was carrying the C4 so I ordered it on line. I used the sizing chart which said to get an XL, I all so called storm and they said to go with the chart. It’s longer than my old support and my arm seem to get hotter than with my old supports. Not sure how to rate it, seems like I would like it if it fit better, but I can’t return it, and so I’m going to take the loss. Just be aware of using the sizing chart. Find one somewhere to try on first. Storm said they can’t help since it’s not a defect. I have it, so I’m going to try using it more. I’ll update my review if things change.
