I began bowling at the age of eight in a small four-lane center at a country club in Bogotá,
Colombia, where my parents were members. From the moment I stepped onto the lanes, I fell in love
with the game. Though I participated in other sports like tennis, swimming, soccer, and golf,
bowling stood out as my true passion.
Chasing my dream of competing on the PBA Tour has been a lifelong journey, made possible thanks to
the unwavering support of my family and my country. In 1995, I moved to the United States to pursue
my education, and simultaneously began competing in local and regional tournaments.
In 2005, I achieved a major milestone by qualifying for the PBA Tour through Tour Trials. It was a
dream come true to compete alongside the heroes I had admired growing up. After years of dedication
and navigating a steep learning curve, I reached another career highlight in 2012, when I proudly
was able to call myself a PBA Champion.
Now, I reside in sunny South Florida, where I enjoy the year-round warmth. Beyond bowling, I’m a big
sports fan, cheering for the Miami Dolphins and Florida Gators. I also love indulging in seafood,
pasta, or a perfectly cooked steak. In my free time, I enjoy golfing, traveling, and of course,
spending time with my little ones. Music is a constant companion, with a preference for all
genres—except Country lol
