Charlotte, North Carolina - Kaitlyn Stull, a rising star in the world of professional bowling and member of Storm Bowling's Evolution Team, clinched her maiden PWBA Regional victory at the 2024 Professional Women’s Bowling Association Mooresville Regional held at Victory Lanes in Mooresville on Sunday.

The championship match saw an intense showdown between Stull and her fellow Junior Team USA teammate, Annalise OBryant. Despite the friendly rivalry, Stull emerged triumphant with a final score of 200-183, sealing her victory with a decisive strike in the 10th frame.

For Stull, the win wasn't just about the prize money or the title; it was a testament to her resilience and determination. Just a month prior, she faced adversity when an infected finger forced her to withdraw from the Team USA Trials. However, she refused to let setbacks define her, showcasing her unwavering focus and skill on the lanes.

Reflecting on her victory, Stull expressed gratitude for the support she received and the opportunity to compete in her home state. She remarked that winning in North Carolina meant the world to her, emphasizing how far she had come since overcoming that obstacle, which she found truly remarkable.

Stull's triumph not only secured her a $1,600 first-place prize but also earned her a coveted spot in the season-ending PWBA Regional Showdown, scheduled to take place at Aloma Bowl in Winter Park, Florida. Despite the anticipation of competing in Florida, Stull remains grounded, focusing on the present moment and savoring her hard-earned victory.

As she looks ahead, Stull is poised to continue making waves in both collegiate and professional bowling circuits. With her talent, determination, and unwavering spirit, she is destined for greatness, inspiring aspiring bowlers everywhere with her remarkable journey.
