My name is Taryn Murphy and I am 15 years old. I am from Fulton, New York and my home center is Lakeview Lanes. I have been bowling for 10 years but started competing just 3 years ago! Bowling has always been a big part of my life whether it was watching my dad at league or trying to master it myself. It has always provided me a sense of comfort and given me many new friends along the way. Aside from bowling, I love to spend my free time with my family and close friends. A few fun facts about me are that I am an only child and I always try to help others accomplish great things! I also love watching shows or movies while cuddled up with my pets. I have 2 cats and a dog! One of my favorite parts of bowling is getting to travel all over the country and see new places. (I also love doing my hair for tournaments!!). Bowling has changed my life in the best ways possible and I am so thankful for the opportunities I have been given! None of what I do would be possible without my parents, coach Mike Tryniski, and the wonderful family at Storm!!
