This ball is so consistent for me, does exactly what I need it to do. Gets down lane and drives hard into the pocket with exceptional carry. Bowled my first ever 300 with the UC2. It's a must have in the arsenal for any serious bowler.

I watched a ton of ball reviews on this ball, the most helpful I saw was Stu Williams and his wife Tina throwing it. I have the opportunity to see both of them use it since I work at the lanes that they practice at. After having a quick conversation in passing with Stu about the ball I decided to pull the trigger and buy it.

This ball has amazing pin carry down lane, there are time where I feel like I miss the release at the bottom and as long as it stays on line it hits the pocket hard. I've personally seen my scores jump up having this ball which I've gotten to be so comfortable with. Having Tina and Stu to showcase the ball really helped me make one of the best bowling purchases I've ever had

Just got this beautiful Gem and its an absolute beast first two games with it was a 186 and 202. Also it has a beautiful smell to it can't get any better

The next step in ball motion is here - the Roto Grip Rubicon UC2. The Rondure core is a edgy core design, making the core asymmetrical, but very close to a symmetrical after drilling.

On mine Bret at Bowlers' Supply laid it out to miss a majority of the spikes on the core to keep the integrity of the core in place.

Even with short pin layout, the ball still went down farther down lane then the Roto Grip Idol Synergy and the Nuclear Cell with longer pin layouts. The "wobble" that the ball produces allows it to pack a powerful punch off of the dry and packs power through the pin deck.

Used the ball on older HPL with a 44ft THS with a HUGE amount of volume and the ball rode through the front part of the pattern like a ninja sword slicing through watermelons. Best additional for a step up from the RST X-1 and the Idol Synergy.

I added the UC 2 to my arsenal about 2 weeks ago. This ball is amazing. Smooth through the fronts and rolls at the breakpoint and hits like a truck. Predictable motion which I like. This ball is now the first out my bag on league night or tournament competition. Definitely the benchmark reaction I looked for.

My arsenal: Phase II, Code X, Physics, UC 2, Hyroad OG, and Hyroad X

Rolls very nice. Has a strong kick to it and hits hard in the pocket. Love the ball!

Got this ball early and wow is it impressive. 650/765/798 first 3 sets out of the box and first 2 were in a tournament in a unfamiliar house. extremely versatile and a great ball

The compliment to the original fan favorite Rubicon is here featuring a cleaner Coverstock (e-trax) attached to the staple Rondure core.
What I liked about the UC2 is it's response and continuation down lane when it sees friction. It's very quick when it responds and the continuation is unparalleled. This ball is a great option to have on the first set of transition after the solid or asymmetrical read a little too early. The Rubicon UC2 is the strongest symmetrical pearl that I currently have in my bag. The Rubicon UC2 will be a must have for the competitive bowler.
