Nothing like it at all

Radial Accelerating Disk technology dates back several generations with hints of it that can be found in the RAD4 Core. It features an extremely dense modified disc shape that generates substantial torque. So much torque, it reigns supreme at the top of the Premier line with a differential higher than any other weightblock in its class.

To strike, there must be friction

R2S is synonymous with some of the most successful balls in recent history like the Hy-Road, Frantic, and the IQ Tour. It is renowned for clearing the front part of the lane with an unprecedented movement on the backend. The consistency of this shell through the heads is something to be marveled at.

They just get better and better!
I’m a 50 y.o. once a week league bowler who finally threw his first 300 in January with a Snap Lock. Great ball: averaged in the high 220s on house conditions. I bought a 16# Code Red for my summer league. I find that I can bowl inside or outside lines with this ball and that it is quite adaptable to dry or wet conditions. The pin action that I’ve been getting has been phenomenal as well. Just threw my first 800 series (838) with it, and am excited to see what the season holds with this ball. Thank you as always Storm!!!

I chose this ball for maximum flare potential on light - med. oil. I had it drilled pin up & centered. This ball is a work horse! First 3 lines I scored over 800. (It's not for the beginner). The pin action is unreal! I actually like bowling with this ball more than the Drive. I am throwing a 15 lb. My drive is 16.

Code Red Rules
The Code Red is easily the best ball I have. The R2S coverstocck is very easy to adjust using Abralon pads to get it to consistently find the pocket and it hits the pins harder than any other ball I've owned. I've had a Sure Lock, an Alpha Crux and I also have an Intense, and the Code Red is my best ball. I plan on complimenting it with a Code Black and a Code X. The Rad4 weightblock is the strongest Storm offers!

Sports Pattern Ball
The code red was a great edition to my arsenal. I am a speed dominant bowler with a rev-rate that is around 325 rpm. I average around 220 on house shots and 195-200 on sports patterns. This ball helps me to move to the left side of the lane a little earlier than my code black. That is because this ball picks up earlier from the friction while it still maintains an angular back end reaction. For me, this ball is very helpful on average length sports patterns as they are beginning to dry out.

Great new ball
Having been forced to become a left handed bowler this summer (injury), I needed a lighter ball. I've rolled a 14# Code Red 3 weeks now, and I'm quite impressed. After working out my timing with it (was rolling a 15# Crux Pearl) the first couple weeks, I finally found the spot and was getting a smooth roll. The Code Red provides a nice transition from skid to hook, and hits the pocket with a lot of energy. I'm now a low speed stroker and it has a great (& consistent) arcing motion, making it easier for me to adjust to the lane conditions at a time when just about everything else about my game is in transition. My left handed average is about 40 pins below right handed, and I was finally able to roll 2 games over my old average, and 64 pins over my current. Looking forward to a much better season. Thanks Storm for another great ball!!

Code Red Review
Amazing ball. One of the best storm balls along with the intense and the code black. You can use this ball from so many lines and it will hook in perfectly.

This ball out of the ball for me was a great mid-lane motion with smooth control thru the backends. I drill this ball 65 x4 7/8x 32 small WH at 5 1/2 over and 1 1/2 down my axis is 5 7/8 over and 3/16 up
put a lit 3000 to crack cover and ball increased motion by 4 boards and read the spot much more consistently.

Red Hot Code RED
Storm Code Red review:
Label with 5 inch pin from PAP
44ft THS on Kegel Ice oil on older HPL surface
Ball at BOX surface – 1500 grit polished
What I Like: I tested on fresh THS and THS that had about 10 games on the left hand side of the lane. I found on fresh, that even how “strong” this ball is, it was more predictable then the Code Black, and did not develop over / under like the Black did as my test session went on. I noticed that the ball reaction and ball angle was not that much different on the burn THS and I could stay consistent with speed and release and did not have to tinker around much. Did notice the ball does carry better for me when the oil is starting to carry down. I feel this cover and core is a very good fit for REV dominant player like me. The ball is RED HOT!!!

Very nice!
I was up in the air about buying it since I bought the Timeless at the end of last year. I bought it and am pretty impressed with it. Only thing I had to do is out of the box, take it down to 2000, I tried 3000, but i think 2500-2000 is going to be the best for my game. Love the smell, love the roll, love the back end. Great ball so far, 680 1st 3 games of league. We will see what happens I'm my 2nd league and in tournaments.

Best Ball
I started playing bowling 6 months ago this is my 2nd ball investment and I am really happy with how it improved my game. I would greatly recommend this ball for all types of bowlers may it be professional or amateurs as well. This will surely raise your average game like it did to me...
