Needs help
I purchased this bag two months ago and I am on my second bag. Overall the layout of the bag is fine and I like it, but the manufacturing of the bag needs to be reconsidered now. In the first bag, the left side screws on the bottom spacer were pulled out and would not hold the screws anymore. It was the same for my second bag. I recommend using a sheet metal screw that has wider treads, make the holes smaller to give the screws more material to hold onto or even glue it in. In addition, on the second bag, the button to release the handle stopped working, but most of all, in the upright position the bag does not have enough plastic material on the bottom shell to keep the bag stable, it flexes when loaded. The bag fell over and landed on the top of my foot, thank god it didn’t break it. Again, the layout is good, but the manufacturing needs help.
