Bowling News USA - October 15, 2012 Awesome in Asia..Storm Fair Continues to Prosper...

(Katsurashima Bowl - 2012 Storm Fair)

Storm staffers and personnel, including Storm stars Pete Weber, Jason Belmonte, Diandra Asbaty and Rhino Page visted centers and pro shops in Japan recently, at the 2012 Storm Fair. Both the Storm and Roto Grip brands were featured at the Storm Fair, which is held in conjunction with High Sports, Storm's Japanese distributor. The event concluded in early October.

Storm support staff attending included Storm Vice President of International Sales and Marketing Robert Dong, Technical Director Steve Kloempken, PBA Tour Representative Del Ballard Jr., Regional Sales Manager Doene Moos, and Director of Coaching, Jeff Carter.

High Sports staffers including Mr. A. Ishihara (Japan Professional Bowlers Association) also attended.

The Storm Fair consisted of coaching seminars (including the Storm 'See Your Game' Video software), equipment demonstrations, exhibitions and pro-ams. The Storm staff visted bowling centers and pro shops over a five day schedule, including stops in Osaka and Tokyo.

“It was honor to be back to Japan for the 14^th annual Storm Fair," said Kloempken. "The Japanese people are among the best fans you will find anywhere on the planet! Between the pro-am events, the on-lane demonstrations, digital coaching lessons, and both adult and junior camp events, it was an action-packed week with plenty of fun and excitement.”
