Bowling News USA - January 12, 2011 Storm and Las Vegas Bowling Supply Team Up To Support The Fight Against Juvenile Diabetes.

Storm is honored to announce an agreement with Las Vegas Bowling Supply to donate $1 for every ball sold at the Storm/Roto Grip booth at the 2011 USBC Open Championships for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Fund.  In 2010, $1575 was donated by Storm and Las Vegas Bowling Supply to Strike Out for Diabetes, the bowling organization for JDRF run by Chris and Lynda Barnes.

“Juvenile Diabetes is a serious matter.” said Dave Symes, President of Storm.  “Any little bit we can do to help move forward to a cure is the least we can do.”

JDRF is part of Storm’s ongoing Storm Cares initiative.  Storm is dedicating some of its resources to help make the lives of others better.  Along with JDRF, Storm also supports:

• Boys & Girls Clubs of America
• Special Olympics
• Youth Education Services Fund (Y.E.S.)
• Sam Hornish, Jr. Celebrity Bowling Event for Children’s Charities

• United Way Toys for Tots
