12 Year Old Ashley Dunn Bowls 290 Game/748 Series & 298 Game/760 Series

Accomplishment: On February 8, 2010, 12 year old Ashley Dunn bowled the second 700 series of her young career using the Storm Virtual Energy. She had bowled a 726 series on October 27, 2009 using the Storm Virtual Gravity. This time It was the last night of her Adult/Youth league "Monday Family Fun" at Brunswick Vista Lanes in Palmdale, CA. Ashley's team was leading the league and needed to earn just one point to secure the championship. Ashley shot games of 179-290-279 for a nice 748 series and match wins in games 2 and 3 for the league championship. Ashley strung together 20 stikes in a row from frame 2 of game 2 through frame 9 of game 3. This was her first 11 in a row and a new personal best game and series. The next evening while bowling for her Youth league "Pinslayers", also at Brunswick Vista Lanes in Palmdale, Ashley improved her personal best yet again with games of 193-269-298 for an impressive 760 series which included 15 strikes in a row from frame 9 of game 2 through the 2nd ball of frame 10 of game 3. Unfortunately the 12th ball missed target and left the 3-10. Ashley has now turned 13, but will always remember her last 2 league series as a 12 year old.
