"Ken DeGroff put that aside as it never happened and concentrated on his bowling in his Wednesday night NBAC League at Mission Hills Bowl. That turned out good as He bounced back in a strikingspree blasting 31 out of 36 possible strikes for games of 269-289-269 for his 14th career an 827 series. A 10 pin refused to fall after 10 strikes in arow in his 2nd game. That 827 is his second 800 in a monthas he hit 300- 846 last October 11 at Jewel City Bowl. Ken raised his average to 244 for 24 games at Mission Hills. On the following Friday in Linda's Vegas League at Jewel City Bowl, Ken almost made back to back 800s, coming short with 279-242-267 for 788 and raised his average to 246 for 21 games in that league. Having made 31 out of possible 36 strikes twice in a monthwhich gave him confidence, DeGroff is pursing his dream of bowling a 900. The way he is smashing the pins, it won't be very long."
