My main focus starts with my kids. I have two children (Kaitlyn, 13 and Trey, 6) that are the center of my world. Kaitlyn is a very accomplished dancer already, with dreams of Performing Arts School as well as the big stage someday. Trey is your typical 6 year old boy…loves baseball, wrestling, and recently has found a love for bowling. Spending time with them is my ultimate release, and it’s what I enjoy most. Recently I’ve discovered a love for fitness. Although it started more out of necessity than desire, due to some serious health problems that I’d been dealing with for most of the last 20 years - I needed a lifestyle change. With the help of a good friend, I’ve been able to “re-shape” my body and mind for the better. This newfound love for fitness has helped me physically and mentally, and created new opportunities for my future.
I grew up in the lumber and building business, but always had a love for bowling. My Mother bowled professionally for few years and my Father has always bowled as well. I always thought my future lied in professional bowling, but I chose to go the family business route and run our lumber yard instead. In the meantime, I got involved with drag racing and building competitive show cars as a hobby but bowling was always still there. Finally, in 1999 I decided to join the PBA (Professional Bowlers Association) and that was the springboard to where I am now.
I’ve always been a realist….I understand where my talent level is. I may never be a top 10 player like a Norm Duke or a Pete Weber…but I guarantee you that I will work as hard as anybody to accomplish whatever I can. My goal was always to win a PBA National Championship, and I was very fortunate to achieve that goal in 2009. Now, no matter what happens nobody can ever take that away. Whether I win 1 or 100 titles my kids will always call me Daddy….and that’s what matters most.

Leanne bowled on the Professional Women's Bowling Association Tour for seventeen years where she won 27 titles including the 2011 US Open held at Dallas Cowboys Stadium. She is a 3-Time PWBA Player of the Year and is a USBC Hall of Fame Inductee.
When the women's tour ended in 2002, she went to work for Steve Cook's Bowling Supply in Sacramento, California. Leanne was also heavily involved in giving back to the sport of bowling in Northen California and in 2011, she and childhood friend Mike Hillman founded the Youth Bowlers Tour. The YBT holds scholarship events for youth bowlers once a month and in just 3 years they have awarded more than $160,000 in scholarships.
In her free time, Leanne enjoys staying busy with her 5 year old son, Barrett and husband Gary. She enjoys learning how to play golf and also watching football.
Gary Hulsenberg (Marketing, Director)

As Director of Marketing, Gary will lead all efforts of development, implementation and execution of marketing strategies as relative to the brands under the Storm Products’ umbrella including but not limited to Storm, Roto Grip and Master.
In addition to his day-to-day marketing role, his office will manage the Public Relations, Media Relations and Brand Advertising teams with a focus on product awareness and knowledge, community relations, media platforms and market trends.
A native of Northern California, Hulsenberg joined Storm Products in June 2013 as the Inside Sales Coordinator where his primary role included assisting pro shop partners to maximize their sales efforts through the various creative programs offered through VIP and All Star memberships. Additionally, his position assisted with providing sales training, support and project management.
Prior to moving to Utah, Gary spent several years working in different sectors of the bowling business including owning and operating a pro shop, bowling center management, bowling center sales, marketing and online retailing. His bowling resume includes spending several years as a Regional Sales Manager (RSM) for a bowling manufacturer where his duties encompassed selling consumer and capital equipment from distributors to pro shops down to center proprietors as well as, serving as the area manager for the company’s Midwest territory.
Outside of the bowling industry, Hulsenberg’s career includes time as a Branch Manager for Wells Fargo Bank where he was recognized for his leadership as a 5-time Gold Coach Excellence Award recipient along with serving as a Corporate Regional Director (CDR), with former PBA partner, for Jani-King Commercial Cleaning. As a CDR, his area of expertise was utilized in growing new accounts and franchise sales in the Northern California market while managing the marketing, sales and administrative team, lending support to hundreds of franchise owners and operators. Over the years, Jani-King has been recognized as a Top 10 Franchise opportunity both domestically and internationally.
Gary lives in North Ogden, Utah with wife and Hall of Fame bowler Leanne Barrette-Hulsenberg and the couple has one child (Barrett). Gary's favorite things about bowling are nearly anyone can do it and the tremendous opportunity for change that lies with each of us to grow the sport on all levels of both business and sport.
Dave Kost (Digital Interactive Media Specialist)

As the DIMS, Dave will develop and implement social media strategy, develop brand awareness, generate inbound traffic and cultivate leads and sales for the Storm and Roto Grip brands.
In addition, he will maintain website content relative to athletes, web stories and customer story submission as well as, handle several media outlets including press releases and public notices as applicable to the Storm, Roto Grip and Masters brands.
Dave will work closely with Mike Flanagan serving in an administrative capacity providing support to managing Storm and Roto Grip Athletes.
A native of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Dave joins the Storm Products staff after having worked in minor league baseball eight of the last nine years. In 2012, he was the General Manager of Z STRIKE KC which is a twelve-lane boutique entertainment center located in downtown Kansas City.
Dave broke into the bowling industry at the age of 16 working for a small sixteen-lane center in Safford, Arizona where his love for the game was born. Later after attending college and a stint as a collegiate assistant baseball coach and head coach, he jumped back into the bowling world accepting a position with AMF Bowling Worldwide working in California, Oregon and Washington. Where he worked as an AGM and GM until being promoted to District Manager.
After two successful years with AMF, he decided to accept a new challenge becoming the General Manager of Hollywood Bowl in Northeast Portland. Dave left Portland accepting a position with Brunswick Bowling & Billiards. After four months of training at BRC Gwinnett Lanes, he was promoted to General Manager of BRC Lakeside Lanes in the Greater St. Louis region. He also served as the General Manager at Concord Lanes and Arizona Family Fun Center, in South County of St. Louis.
Fast forward through the last eight years and it brings everything to current day with Storm Products.
Dave is a sports junky liking just about every sport. He is a die-hard Pittsburgh Steelers, Detroit Tigers, Detroit Red Wings and University of Kentucky Basketball fan. #GO BBN! His favorite foods include Italian, steak and sushi. Favorite actors are Morgan Freeman, Harrison Ford and Denzel Washington. Favorite movies include "A Few Good Men" and "Shawshank Redemption".
Favorite golfer is Fred Couples.
Matt Martin (Advertising Manager)

Matt's responsibilities include overseeing advertising, design, branding and product release management.
Matt is originally from Wells, Nevada but moved to Utah when he was six years old. He graduated from his high school with honors and a 3.97 cumulative GPA. Matt was quite the athlete lettering in golf, basketball and baseball. After high school, Matt attended Weber State University where he graduated with a bachelor's degree in Communications.
Matt worked as a manager for Blockbuster Video and US Bank prior to becoming part of the Storm team.
Matt bowls two nights a week where he averages 205 and competes in two to three tournaments a year, including the USBC Open Championships.
Tavio Sawyer (Brand Advertising, Director)

As the Brand Advertising Director, Tavio will be responsible for developing and institutionalizing brand assets and enforcing established standards, stimulating brand awareness and knowledge and planning, developing and directing advertising efforts for the Storm, Roto Grip and Master brands.
