How do I get considered for Storm Professional or Amateur Staff?

We ask that anyone who is interested in becoming a Storm Staff member submit a resume listed with their bowling accomplishments and industry involvement for at least the past 5 years. We also require a video(DVD or VHS) of yourself bowling, and a high-resolution digital photograph (head shot) as well. All considerations must be mailed to Storm Products, Inc. at the address below. Please, no faxes or emails.

All resumes must be received by November 15th to be considered for the following year.

How do I get Storm Products, Inc. to sponsor an event?

What is the procedure for returning a product that may be defective?

For any product to be reviewed for possible replacement, customers must call Storm Products, Inc. technical department at 800-369-4402. We will issue you a return authorization number and give you our shipping address. All returns must have a RA# clearly posted on the outside of the box! Those that do not will be returned to sender.

Can I buy Storm merchandise direct?

We do not sell our bowling balls or bags directly to the consumer. We ask that consumers contact their local Storm VIP pro shop for pricing and availability for Storm bowling balls and bags. If there is not a pro shop in your area, please contact us via email and will put you in touch with a regional sales manager. We do, however, make apparel and accessories available online. Please visit Stormchasers.net to pick up your favorite items today.

Where can I purchase Storm products?

We have a link on our website where you can locate a Storm VIP pro shop that sells Storm products across the country and around the world. If there is not one listed in your area, we will find one for you! How can I find/purchase older or discontinued equipment?

The best method to find older or discontinued equipment is through your local Pro Shop. They have a network of supply chains that may still have a few older or discontinued balls in stock. So get your favorite gear soon while supplies last.
