Nothing like it at all

Radial Accelerating Disk technology dates back several generations with hints of it that can be found in the RAD4 Core. It features an extremely dense modified disc shape that generates substantial torque. So much torque, it reigns supreme at the top of the Premier line with a differential higher than any other weightblock in its class.

To strike, there must be friction

R2S is synonymous with some of the most successful balls in recent history like the Hy-Road, Frantic, and the IQ Tour. It is renowned for clearing the front part of the lane with an unprecedented movement on the backend. The consistency of this shell through the heads is something to be marveled at.

Fantastic ball, Storm nailed it!
I am a 190-200 average bowler, 2 leagues a week, this ball has completely changed my game. On the fresh it has a very predictable turn. Even breaking down it is true. I am more of a straighter bowler, but had my 1st 300 this Thursday. It is fantastic!

League bowler Philadelphia PA.
Once a week bowler. 695 out of the box. Only three games but impressive. Hits hard. Good steady movement. No overreaction.

Get this ball NOW!
Today I got the code black and in my first game I bowled 300 and then in league that night I bowled 2 more 300 games and an 800 series so to anyone looking to get a ball I would highly recommend this ball.

5.5 x 4.5 x 2 Code Black
This has been a ball many who have been paying attention to the overseas releases from Storm have been waiting for a long time to come stateside. From what we had heard, this ball became famous for how much down lane motion it creates – some calling it “sick” how much this ball comes around the corner.

I drilled mine like my all-time favorite Critical Theory that even while shiny, still hooked plenty well on oil. My only concern was the cover on this ball would skid too far when moving left on the lane and hydroplane on the oil.

True to what Del Ballard said, this ball continues to come around the corner like no other asymmetrical ball I’ve seen before. Imagine seeing a motion where you can see the early pick up of an asymmetrical ball, but without the “stop” you typically can see. It has more of a high differential symmetrical ball continuation around the back of the lane.

I did crack the cover just a touch with a 3,000 pad just to bring the breakpoint a bit closer. This ball has been one I try to get to in my arsenal if at all possible as fast as I can

Code Black by Roto Grip Rick
Storm Code Black
Coverstock: R2s Pearl
Core: RAD4 Core
Finish: 1500 grit polished
Flare: High
Layout: 45 x 5 x 45 – box finish
Test pattern: 44ft THS Kegel Flex with Ice oil and Defense-C cleaner
Test results: Super long and super angular, WOW… The ball went so long, I worried that it would not get time to recover and it did. Longest ball I ever seen go down the lane before reacting, even with having squeaky clean and crisp backends. Took it a center that I have issues in the past of everything hooking earlier and this ball did not let me down. Stronger and more recovery then I ever seen, this ball will be a primary piece for me for all sport patterns of 40ft or more. Very versatile inside and outside of my normal track areas. I am glad that Storm decided to release this in the North America market.
