Chris used the IQ Tour Solid on the TV Show.  This is the same ball he won the Wolf Open with in 2013.  Although Chris did not win his match, he bowled a very solid game on television.  He needed the last 9 strikes during the last game of qualifying to make the show in Oklahoma.

Martin used the all new urethane ball from Storm called the Pitch Black.  This ball gave Martin a shape on the lanes that allowed him to stay outside and control his back end reaction.  Martin was just a 4-pin away from advancing to the next match against Mike Fagan.

Mike Fagan fell in love with the Pitch Black during qualifying at the Wolf.  This unique throwback urethane ball from Storm allowed for Mike to play up the lanes.  He also had serious control of his break point using the Pitch Black.  On the TV Show, Mike had a bit of a different look on the lanes than during qualifying which confused him.  A few better shots and a slightly different angle of attack, and Mike could have beaten Sean Rash.  A great week for Mike Fagan.
